Our logistics and production center near Hamburg
In the heart of the Hamburg metropolitan region, the Condair logistics and production center EMEA is the perfect hub to guarantee our customers short delivery routes and fast delivery times. Directly at Hamburg Airport, with immediate access to the freeway and the Port of Hamburg, Condair is always close to its main sales markets.
All the threads for logistics, production and sales come together at our location in Norderstedt, right next to Hamburg Airport. On 8,500 square meters, around 130 employees meet the individual requirements of our customers in the EMEA economic area (Europe, Middle East, Africa). At the same time, with Condair Systems, the sales department for direct room air humidification in Central Europe is at home at the location.
Production and service
Continuous improvements to productivity and quality are all part of day-to-day activities at this 5,000 m2 production and logistics facility. Spread over two floors, our facility manufactures items from all of the ranges in our product portfolio:
from isothermal (vaporisation) to adiabatic humidification (evaporation and atomisation)
systems, from duct humidification to direct room humidification systems and systems for
hygienic water purification. In addition, thousands of systems are also checked, cleaned and reconditioned every year by our Service and Maintenance department to ensure their long-term hygienic use by our customers. Want to know more?

Productivity and climatic comfort go hand in hand: temperature, relative humidity and CO2 concentration are optimally regulated in all work areas, thus promoting the performance and health of our employees.
Quality management
To ensure the efficient and resource-friendly use of production equipment, performance
indicators are collected and analysed on a continuous basis. This enables the constant
optimisation of production flows and organisational processes and their adaptation to the
needs of our customers. A professional Quality Management System and certification to
ISO 9001:2015 document our high standards for external partners and customers.
