Condair Polska Sp. z o.o. - our new Joint Venture in Poland

Warsaw , June 14, 2019 – Condair Group and Ampar-Silesia decided to found together a Joint Venture company in which both parties are equally participating.

As from July 1, 2019 on, Condair will be active in Poland through our Joint Venture sales company, Condair Polska Sp. z o.o. The new company will be located in the center of Warsaw.

After our JV in Mexico in June 2017, the JV in Turkey in November 2017, the acquisition of Aireven in Australia in June 2018 and the new sales organization in Sweden in January 2019, this next step in Poland, fits very well with Condair’s continuing vertical integration into promising geographical growth markets. This move, will strengthen even more our humidification, evaporative cooling and dehumidification business and the development of our service offers.

Poland is the sixth largest economy in the European Union. Some of the largest industries in Poland are the automotive, energy, chemical and food processing industries, which represent a bulk of the country's GDP.

Our JV partner, Ampar-Silesia, has been present in the Polish humidification market for over 20 years representing the Nordmann-Engineering range of humidifiers. Outside the JV, Ampar-Silesia’s main business will remain the wholesale of ventilation products. They will continue to concentrate on their core business.

As Managing Director of Condair Poland, we were able to win Mr. Tomasz Olszewski for us. Tomasz has been humidification sales manager at Ampar-Silesia and before at the company Teoma for 9 years. During these years, he managed a wide polish network of planning engineers and installers. From the start of our JV, also Mr. Piotr Maruszkiewicz will join the team, he will be responsible for order handling and logistics. Together, they will further develop the polish humidification, evaporative cooling and dehumidification market for Condair.

Condair Poland will be part of the Condair Sales Cluster Central Europe. Therefore Tomasz Olszewski will directly report to Mr. Christian Bremer, the Sales Cluster responsible.
