Successful Condair is... Distributor Event 2017 at our new Condair Logistics & Production site in Hamburg-Norderstedt.
It may have taken less than one year to construct the new Condair facility in Norderstedt, on the outskirts of Hamburg, but the strategic significance of the building will certainly resonate for years to come.
Our new facility: A reflection of Condair’s vision
‘Productivity, sustainability and health through air and water’ is Condair’s vision, and nowhere can this be experienced more lively than at the Hamburg facility: The latest technologies for a healthy and productive indoor climate provide a constant stream of fresh air – which gets rid of irritating draughts – and exceed all current environmental standards.
The temperature remains constant between 22 °C and 26 °C with the relative humidity staying between healthy levels of 40% to 60% RH and the CO2 level remains under 800 ppm throughout the entire year.
With a mix of geothermal energy and photovoltaics, efficient and energy-saving ventilation technologies and sophisticated building automation and control systems (BACS), the Condair building manages to perform almost 50% better than the German Energy Saving Ordinance (EnEV 2014).
It was a real enrichment for us, as Condair, to have the possibility of gathering over 120 representatives, distributors and agents from 43 countries worldwide, to present:
